• Complete horizontal Flow-Pack electronic packaging machine, equipped with rotary sealing jaws and top-mounted film roll holder, constructed from painted steel structure RAL 9007.
• Cantilever-type construction, with all mechanical transmissions positioned at the rear of the machine, fully separated from the product flow area.
• Infeed conveyor belt, 2800 mm long, complete with bridge and lateral guides made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Pushers and pusher supports made of food-grade approved plastic material.
• Hermetic longitudinal sealing system, performed by three independent sets of rollers, each with a diameter of 120 mm:
• First set: film pulling
• Second set: sealing
• Third set: guiding
• Equipped with pre-heating system and cooling devices
• Transversal sealing jaws with a width of 300 mm, equipped with cutting knives.
• Electronic torque limiter with low-pressure system on transversal sealing jaws.
