Nowicki (NOMA) MH 660 SAS

How does the NOMA NOWICKI MH-660 SAS brine injector work?

The product is fed onto a conveyor that moves it under the needle head. The head and the conveyor have independent servo drive systems, and the conveyor drive is synchronized with the head, which allows many injection patterns. Conveyor speed is controlled electronically and head speed smoothly, so the injection is repeatable.

The brine passes through a multi-stage filtration system: an internal filter with replaceable cartridges whose graduation is chosen to suit the needles, an FBN rotary filter with a slotted drum for the return brine, and a specially shaped filter bottom. The controller automatically monitors filter contamination. All injection processes are controlled and programmed from the touch panel.
