Is organizing a public auction (ascending bid), for the sale of the asset(s) identified in this announcement. The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If the asset(s) are not sold, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing of the assets, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Those interested are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intent to participate prior to the scheduled date.

During the organization of public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be announced to interested parties.

Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date of the invoice, using the exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania (BNR) applicable on that date.
The bidding increment is set at 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation, required for participation, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry regulations. It will include the auction regulations and will be provided to the interested parties for 500 RON + VAT. It can be acquired at the judicial liquidator’s office or by phone, in which case it will be sent via email.
The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documents, must be submitted at the liquidator’s office at least 24 hours prior to the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price for which the participant was declared winner and returned to those who are not declared winners.

In the event of equal bids, the winner will be the participant who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time.

The payment term for the price is 5 business days from adjudication. Failure to pay the outstanding amount will result in the forfeit of the advance paid as guarantee, and the participant will be excluded from future auctions.
