RO27987796, registration number 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, suite 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at the office of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In case the asset is not sold, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

To view the assets, the judicial liquidator will schedule an inspection day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

During the organization of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will also set additional inspection days, which will be communicated to the interested parties.

Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate established by BNR for that day. The auction step is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation, required for participation, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will include the rules for participation, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON+VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON+VAT for assets above 5,000 euros. It may be purchased at the liquidator's office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by e-mail.

The participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. The guarantee, along with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the office of the judicial liquidator. The guarantee will be deducted from the price for which the participant was declared the winner and will be returned to those who were not declared winners.

In the case of equal offers, the winning bidder will be the one who commits to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The payment term is 5 working days from the moment of adjudication. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
