Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County, VAT No. RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, in the capacity of judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy (in faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite), having its registered office at Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Sentence no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 by the Cluj Specialized Court in file no. 442/1285/2025,
organizes a public auction open outcry, with ascending price, for the sale of the asset described in this announcement. The first auction will be held on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In case there is no successful bidder, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same terms and at the same time.
For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00–14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate before the scheduled date.

Upon successful bidding, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the total value of the adjudicated assets. The conversion of the price into lei will be made on the invoice issuance date, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that day.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The tender documentation for participating in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with applicable practices, will include the auction participation regulations, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets of up to 5,000 EUR, and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets valued over 5,000 EUR. It can be acquired from the judicial liquidator’s office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant via email.
The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets won by the successful bidder, and will be refunded to those who are not declared successful bidders.
In case of identical price offers, the successful bidder shall be the participant who undertakes to pay the full amount in the shortest term.
The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the moment of adjudication. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the guarantee paid in advance and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
