Safety standards: CE marked (0163), 2006/42/CE Machinery Directive, and 2014/34/UE ATEX Directive

Design, Operation: Top-tier high-capacity industrial Lleal AME-1250-SF extruder kneader mixer. In the 1400-liter total capacity bowl, powerful twin mixing blades driven by 60 kW total power homogenize highly viscous, dense materials. Following the process, the 30 kW bottom discharge extruder screw efficiently empties and shapes the product without air entrapment.

Suitable Application Areas:

Large-scale chemical and pharmaceutical processing of dense pastes, adhesives, and sealants.

Heavy-duty plastics, rubber, silicone, and resin compounding and homogenization.

Industrial food and cosmetics processing of heavy doughs, creams, and viscous masses
