The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county, VAT no. RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as the judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed in this capacity by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Tribunal Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction by ascending bid, for the individual sale of the goods identified in this notice.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If the goods are not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For inspection of the goods, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.

In case of adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the adjudicated goods. The conversion of the price into RON will be carried out on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that date. The auction step is 5% of the starting price.

The tender book for participating in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for goods up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON + VAT for goods exceeding 5,000 euros. It may be purchased from the liquidator's office or by phone and subsequently sent to the participant by email.

The participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the goods for which the participant is declared winner and will be refunded to persons who were not declared winners.

In the event of an equal price, the bidder who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term will be declared the winner.

The payment deadline is 5 working days from the adjudication date. If the remainder of the price is not paid, the awarded bidder will forfeit the advance as a guarantee and will no longer be able to participate in future auctions organized.
