organizes a public auction with open outcry, with ascending bids, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini St., Cluj County. In case of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and confirm their intent to participate before the scheduled date.

Throughout the auction proceedings, the judicial liquidator will organize additional viewing days, which will be announced to interested parties.

Upon sale, the judicial liquidator will issue an invoice for the value of the assets adjudicated. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by BNR for that date. The bid increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation (caiet de sarcini) for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to standard practice, will include the bidding rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. It can be acquired at the judicial liquidator's office, or by phone and sent via email to participants.

The participation deposit is 10% of the starting price. This and the full registration documentation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator's office. The participation deposit will be deducted from the price for winning bidders and refunded to those not declared winners.

In the case of equal offers, the asset will be awarded to the bidder who commits to paying the full price in the shortest term.

The payment deadline is 5 working days from adjudication. If the remaining balance is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the deposit and be barred from participating in future auctions.
