The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy (în faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite), headquartered in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed pursuant to Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,
organizes a public ascending-call auction for the sale of the asset described in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the office of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.
For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator to express their intention to participate, prior to the established date.
Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into LEI will be done at the date of the invoice, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that date.
The auction step is 5% of the starting price.

The tender dossier for auction participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to industry practice, will contain the auction participation regulations, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT. It can be purchased from the liquidator’s office or ordered by phone and sent to the participant by email.
The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the awarded asset, and returned to those who are not declared winners.
In case of equal final bids, the winner will be the participant who undertakes to pay the total price in the shortest term.
The payment deadline is 5 business days from adjudication. If total payment is not made, the winner will lose the guarantee paid and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
