organizes a public auction with bidding, with ascending price, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In case the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Those interested in asset inspection are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.

In case of awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date of issuance of the tax invoice, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction specifications file (Caietul de sarcini) will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with the standard market practices, will contain the auction participation regulations, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner for the price of 500 RON + VAT. It can be purchased from the judicial liquidator’s office, or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant via email.

The auction guarantee shall amount to 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date to the judicial liquidator’s office. The auction guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant has been declared the winning bidder and will be refunded to those who were not declared winners.

In the event of equal price offers, the successful bidder will be the one who commits to pay the full price in the shortest possible time.

The payment deadline is 5 working days from the award date. If the remaining price is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will be excluded from subsequent auctions that may be organized.
