The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, nr. 115, Cluj county, VAT number RO27987796, registration code: 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, having its registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, nr. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered at the Trade Registry attached to Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, sole registration code 36225390, appointed in this capacity by Civil Ruling no. 1278 from 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, nr. 115, Cluj county. If it is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a date on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties must contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate before the set date.

Upon awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into lei shall be done on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction participation documentation (Caiet de sarcini) will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will contain the auction participation rules, and can be purchased from the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets exceeding 5,000 euros. The documentation can be acquired at the liquidator’s office or by phone, and will be sent to the participant via email.

The auction participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the awarded goods for which the participant was declared the winner and will be returned to those who are not declared winners.

In the event of equal bids, the asset will be awarded to the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The price payment deadline will be 5 working days from the awarding. If the remaining price is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and shall no longer be permitted to participate in future auctions organized.
