The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT number RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed in this capacity by the Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction, with ascending price calls, for the individual sale of the asset described below:

Conventional lumber dryer (with air/steam ventilation), Baschild Italia, equipped with 6 chambers and a drying capacity of 300 m³, manufactured in 2005 – starting price EUR 36,900 + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at the office of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will arrange a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00–12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate before the scheduled date.

During the organization of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will arrange additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon award, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice corresponding to the value of the auctioned assets. Price conversion into RON will be performed on the date of invoice issuance, using the BNR exchange rate valid on that day.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation (terms & conditions/specifications) for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practice, will contain the auction participation regulations, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of RON 5,000 + VAT. This can be purchased at the judicial liquidator's office or by phone, and will then be sent by email to the participant.

The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documents for the auction, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared the winning bidder and will be returned to those who are not declared winners.

In the case of equal bids, the winning bidder will be the one who undertakes to pay the full price within the shortest period.

The payment term will be 5 working days from the award moment. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the advance paid as guarantee and will be barred from participating in subsequent auctions that will be organized.
