The A5 MemoTS Electronic Underpinner is a high-performance framing machine designed for professional production framers who require speed, precision, and efficiency with frequent changeovers.
This state-of-the-art underpinner allows you to store an almost unlimited number of programs — input manually or downloaded directly from a PC. Once stored, frames can be selected quickly via the touchscreen interface or by scanning barcodes (with the optional reader).
Wedges can be driven or stacked in up to 10 positions per corner, making it ideal for a wide range of frame types and materials — including wood, plastic, and MDF — when using the special A+ steel wedges (available in various sizes).
With horizontal, vertical, and fence clamping systems, the A5 MemoTS ensures extremely precise frame assembly. The robust wedge driver provides long-term reliability and trouble-free operation.
